• If a match is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded.

• Maximum win limits are determined per event and bet type.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZeetBaji platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Using the system for odds matching or guaranteed profit strategies.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Use of software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of ZeetBaji's systems.

ZeetBaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account at any time and for any reason. This action is typically taken in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or security risks.

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though this may not apply in cases where the terms and conditions have been violated.

You can close your account at any time. Contact support to request self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
